With over thirty years of experience of broadcast transmission technology, Peter Barnett now runs a UK consultancy company, Mandercom Ltd. He represents Tandberg Television at the DVB Project, where he attends the Steering Board and Technical Module, and is Vice-Chair of the Commercial Module.

Peter is a director of the UK Digital Television Group, where he chairs the IPTV and Reception working groups.
