Bernhard Collini-Nocker received his masters degree in Computing Sciences 1993 and his doctor degree in 1998. He is currently Ass.-Prof at the University of Salzburg, Department of Computer Sciences, doing basic reseach on Internet via Satellite topics, and General Manager of gcs GmbH, a company developing hard- and software for Skyplex-Terminals, UIP/DVB gateways and IP-multicast PEPs.
